St. Paul, Minnesota

NorthStar Tournament Trail is pleased to announce our partnership with Classic Bass and the New Classic Bass Champions Tour. NorthStar Tournament Trail is an official qualifier with 2 spots available for the Classic Bass Champions Tour Open and one of the very few ways to gain entry to their exciting new Classic Bass format. For the 2017 season, the 2 person team with the highest point total after the first 4 tournaments (ie 1st place) of the NorthStar Tournament Trail, will each earn an invite to the Classic Bass Champions Tour Open August 6th, on the Whitefish Chain.

The first 4 regularly scheduled tournaments will be on:
Whitefish Chain Lake – Friday June 2nd.
Woman Lake – Saturday June 3rd.
Minnewaska – Saturday June 24th.
Green Lake (Spicer) – June 25th.

“We are excited to have this opportunity to partner with Classic Bass Champions Tour and we are pleased for the guys that fish our events to have a chance like this. We have been looking at some way for our teams to move on to, or to qualify for something from our series, this is perfect. We hope to have a long relationship with the Classic Bass Champions Tour and the staff at Classic Bass” said Lee Erickson from NSTT.

2017 Registration for NorthStar Tournament Trail events is now open. Tournament dates are set on some great lakes. Register now while there is room.

NorthStar Tournament Trail rules of eligibility to qualify:
Teams must fish with the same partner for the 4 qualifying tournaments. The team with the most points according to our scoring system will be the winners of the CBCTO entry.
If that team chooses to not accept the entry. It will be passed to the next qualifying team.
If only one member of that team chooses to accept, the remaining one entry will be offered to the next team in the standings of which they will decide which one of the team members will receive the entry. It will go like this down the line until the entries are both spoken for from NorthStar Tournament Trail members.
